Golden Goose Haus Tersane Istanbul was developed within the unique context of a historic shipyard structure, requiring a careful balance between brand identity, architectural intent and the preservation of the existing character.
Our involvement covered project management, local architectural services, technical coordination, tender processes and construction follow-up.
The work included coordinating design requirements with local regulations, site conditions and implementation details, while supporting the protection of the historical structure.
Particular attention was given to the positioning and integration of the boat installation as a defining spatial element of the project.

SERTAÇ UĞUR
Founder & Principal Architect
Sertaç Uğur is an architect and consultant with over two decades of multidisciplinary experience spanning architectural design, material and façade systems, project management and construction.
His work is defined by an integrated approach to architecture — connecting design intent with technical coordination, project leadership and the realities of execution. Throughout his career, he has contributed to luxury retail, hospitality and commercial projects, working across different roles and in collaboration with international brands, design studios, consultants, contractors and project teams.
Today, through SERTAÇ UĞUR™, he leads projects from architectural vision to built reality, providing architecture, consulting, management and construction services with a particular focus on complex projects requiring close coordination between international design intent and local execution.
